We are a US based Insurance Agency. We need dedicated virtual staff for the following:

Customer Service Representatives
Telemarketers (Outbound Lead Generation)

Minimum requirements:

- 2-3 years working in a call-center.
- At least 2 years of college.
- A quiet work-at-home station.
- A high-speed / DSL internet connection with a minimum of 5 MBPS connectivity.
- Proficient in written and verbal American English
- Updated copy of CV (provide 3 valid references from past employers as there will be a background check). -
